Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TokenWarden website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the TokenWarden software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use TokenWarden.

Product Description

TokenWarden is a local-first context and token optimization product for opencode. It reports observed optimized-context savings from recorded optimization events. These reports are not full provider billing statements and do not guarantee that your AI provider invoice will decrease by the same percentage.

TokenWarden is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the OpenCode team.

Accounts and Subscriptions

TokenWarden may offer a capped free seat and a paid Standard subscription. Paid access starts at checkout and remains available while your subscription is active and payment is successful.

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, maintaining access to your email account, and using subscriptions only for seats you are authorized to manage.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another listed payment processor. Subscription prices, billing periods, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions until cancellation.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments already made are non-refundable.

License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these terms and an active entitlement, Delicious Solutions SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TokenWarden for your own development workflow or your authorized team seats.

You must not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, bypass license checks, abuse free-seat limits, interfere with the service, or use TokenWarden in violation of applicable laws.

Local-First Operation

TokenWarden is designed so source code, prompts, model payloads, raw logs, and summaries stay on your machine by default. Some account, billing, subscription, license, and optional aggregate telemetry data may be processed by Delicious Solutions SRL or its service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

TokenWarden is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delicious Solutions SRL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delicious Solutions SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Token and cost savings are estimates based on observed optimization events and are not guaranteed billing outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
